Experienced in local practice and procedure, we can act as town agent lawyers in a range of courts and tribunals in Western Australia. This includes providing town agent services in respect of civil proceedings (including judgment enforcement proceedings) in the:
- Magistrates Court of Western Australia;
- District Court of Western Australia; and
- Supreme Court of Western Australia.
In addition to be able to attend court hearings and provide advice in relation to procedural matters, we are able to assist with the electronic filing of court documents through the eCourts Portal and providing a local address for service in WA. We also have local contacts for process serving and other administrative tasks.
To provide certainty as to legal costs, we are open to agreeing fixed fee pricing where this is desired.
