By providing any information in the booking form below without first contacting us, you acknowledge that we may assume such information is not confidential.
Unless other arrangements are made, consultations will take place by telephone and you should call our office at the scheduled appointment time.
Prior to the consultation occurring, you will also need to email us a legible copy of your photographic ID for verification of identity purposes. DPSK Lawyers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any particular booking for any reason.
